More rules, I know, but these are simpler and very famous, so don't kill me!
1. Your site must have a decent advertisement. Not just "join! here's the link". A good one with a short description and all.
2. A guest friendly advertising board is a must. The only condition is that I have an advertisement up for someone's site that doesn't have advertising allowed and doesn't specifically advertise.
3. Come on, just let it be appropriate. No sexual things or offending things on it.
